Monthly service
TSAC VPN plans are offered on a monthly basis. Activation and availability remain subject to review and operational capacity.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation through the contact page. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access normally remains available through the end of the current paid period unless an account is suspended under the Terms of Service.
Refunds
Payments for an activated service are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where TSAC VPN confirms a billing error. Requests are reviewed individually based on the account and payment record.
Payment review
Payments and bank-transfer references may require review before activation. Submitting a payment reference does not by itself confirm payment or activate service.
