About TSAC VPN
TSAC VPN provides U.S. VPN access subject to these Terms, availability, account approval, and applicable law. Contracting entity and jurisdiction remain pending legal approval.
Account Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into an agreement, and meet any age or geographic requirements once approved.
Customer Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and activity. Do not share access or attempt to access another customer account.
Service Use and Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully and in accordance with third-party terms. Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, resell without approval, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade sanctions, or conduct fraudulent activity.
VPN Service Characteristics
The service is a controlled U.S. VPN experience. It does not promise a dedicated, reserved, exclusive, residential, or permanently unchanged IP address; absolute anonymity; or access to any third-party platform.
Locations and Availability
Locations, capacity, activation timing, and network characteristics may change and remain subject to availability.
Payments and Monthly Subscriptions
Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Stripe and PayPal are the only planned payment methods. Billing terms for a selected plan will be presented before purchase.
Failed Payments, Grace Period, Suspension and Reactivation
After expiration, an account may enter payment due status and remain eligible for a 48-hour grace period. Unpaid service may be suspended. A later confirmed payment may allow reactivation under the applicable service policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. No refund outcome is guaranteed except where required by law or confirmed by TSAC VPN.
Service Availability and Maintenance
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity, or third-party events. TSAC VPN does not guarantee uptime.
Third-Party Services and Privacy
Third-party networks and platforms have their own terms. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property, Disclaimer and Liability
TSAC VPN materials remain protected. The service is provided subject to applicable law and without warranties not expressly stated. Any liability limits remain pending legal approval.
Changes and Contact
